Over the past 18 months, our quantitative, digital and healthcare experts developed the industry-leading COVID-19 Pandemic Navigator, a proprietary suite of scenario models, forecasting tools, and risk assessment capabilities. Its purpose was to help policymakers and business leaders navigate the incredible uncertainty of the crisis by providing greater visibility into COVID-19 hotspots and changing patterns as well as the resulting economic and business outcomes. Accuracy was vital. Oliver Wyman's Pandemic Navigator was rated in the top three individual models globally by CDC's COVID-19 Forecast Hub in an independent study comparing the relative accuracy of 50 models over the course of 31 weeks from May to December of 2020. We are proud to have met this critical need at a critical time.
